Earlier working at Quantum, I had thought a company's core values were posturing to overwork you + keep y'all from asking challenging questions. The core values of Breakthrough are Grit, A Beginners Mind, and Elevating Others-- and I'k consistently impressed with the top-down dedication to these values each and every day. I feel incredibly supported from my boss, CEO, and coworkers at every step of the way. What a darn company!

Only being able to see your coworkers over a niggling Zoom thumbnail most of the year-- excluding our semi-regular team edifice in-person events

Tin can honestly say that the correct people are currently in management, driving the visitor forward. Everyday is rewarding - y'all get autonomy, independence and high expectations. Close group of remote workers working towards a common goal of not just making money but healing people naturally through physical therapy. Company syncs weekly almost goals, metrics, growth figures, and challenges. Very transparent and honest atmosphere just always rolls up into the impact each person is making. Pros: - Half the week are meeting-less days - Expectations are high but zero micro-management - You're responsible to create your ain trajectory - Work with super precipitous people & ambitious squad members
Cons
Company usually gets together once a quarter to practise in person team building and customer effect, simply unfortunately most of those went away through covid. No huge cons pop out at the moment!

Information technology is a bummer beingness fully remote at times and unable to run across coworkers in person but I would adopt fully remote.
